Sweetest Surprise Ever! When Matt and Jamie Seifert got married, their Grandma Pat got sick just a week before the wedding and could not make it. Matt and Jamie thought it would be a good idea to surprise her at the hospital, and she had no idea they were coming. Awesome Moment!
